How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?
Each PC is hand-built and undergoes rigorous stress testing. Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days, though high-demand periods may extend this timeline slightly.
What kind of warranty comes with my Build Redux system?
All our systems come with a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty, giving you peace of mind that your investment is protected against hardware defects.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
Can I upgrade my components after the PC has been delivered?
Yes! Our PCs are built using standard, non-proprietary components, making it easy for you to upgrade your GPU, RAM, or storage at any time without specialized tools.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the system must be returned in its original packaging.
Do the PCs come with an operating system installed?
Yes, every Build Redux PC comes with a clean installation of Windows 11. We do not install bloatware, ensuring you get maximum performance right out of the box.
