At Build Redux, we stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day return window for all high-performance gaming PCs and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your build, we are committed to making it right through a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via the portal with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return your system.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label to ensure your hardware is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place your PC back in its original internal foam packaging and double-box it to prevent any transit damage to the sensitive electronic components.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will perform a diagnostic check upon arrival; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
